Overlooking the Rocca di Manerba, our restaurant was born from a simple idea: to celebrate Italian cuisine in its most authentic form.
Italian cuisine is far more than a collection of recipes. It is a heritage of gestures, knowledge and conviviality passed down from generation to generation. It is no coincidence that Italian culinary culture has recently been recognised as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, for its social, cultural and sustainable value.
Here, we strive to preserve that spirit.
Our menu is a journey through traditional Italian recipes, prepared with respect for the techniques, timing and flavours that have made our cuisine loved all over the world. Alongside the kitchen, pizza holds a special place: a universal symbol of sharing and simplicity, perfectly embodying the convivial soul of the Italian table.
Leading the kitchen is Chef Michele, whose international experience is combined with a deep sensitivity to the culinary traditions of our country. At the pizza oven, our Pizza Chef Luca carries forward with passion one of the most iconic gestures of Italian culinary culture.
In the dining room, you will be welcomed by Nicola, restaurant manager and sommelier, always happy to guide you in choosing the perfect wine or simply to make you feel at home, as happens at the finest Italian tables.
Our wish is to offer a place where you can slow down, share your time and be guided through the flavours of Italian cuisine, with the lake and the Rocca di Manerba providing the backdrop to moments of genuine conviviality.

Beneath the large mulberry tree that gives the place its name, the Bistrot offers a different yet complementary experience: cocktails inspired by the Garda region, a cuisine that brings together tradition and contemporary creativity, and artisanal gelato made with certified organic milk.
